  • Arnold Press - 15 seconds

  • Complex Shoulder Raise - 12 seconds

  • In and Out Hammer Curls - 20 seconds

  • Curl and Flip - 15 seconds

  • 12's - 12 seconds

  • Tricep Kick Backs - 15 seconds

  • Over Head Extensions - 10 seconds

  • Body Weight Dips - 15 seconds
