I had a lot of fun making this recipe. It tasted good with the syrup but since it doesn't have a lot of sugar I highly recommend you add in the brown sugar and top it off with syrup. It is also important that you cook the pancakes through all the way. This recipe is filled with Vitamin A, Vitamin c, Vitamin B-6, Magnesium, Calcium, and Iron.
