Making a Healthier America
EXERCISES

Exercising is great for building muscle, increasing energy, and burning away fat. Some places you can exercise are at home, in a gym, or at a local community center. Your BMI or your Body Mass Index is a numerical value of your weight in relation to your height. As you can see on the chart above there are 6 categories of BMI. If you are underweight or Obese class 1, 2, or 3, talk to your doctor as soon as possible to address this problem.
